    "After a couple of weeks, I was just feeling better. My stomach felt better, I didn't have pressure, bloating, gas, like the inconsistencies with my bowels as far as being constipated or having diarrhea, I know lots of TMI here, but let's face it, this shit is not sexy, but this is real life. And I know a lot of you are suffering from that."

    In today's episode I share my recent experience with following a 30 day gut restoration and how I lost 10lbs during the process.
